  • Do you charge for your initial assessment
    No. We will not charge you for the initial assessment even if you do not use our service.
  • Do I have to pay for my care in advance?
    No, at the end of each week where our services have been used we send you an invoice to you through the agreed means of communication either email or post.
  • What is your payment option
    We accept payments by standing order, Direst Debt or bank transfer. You can pay for your care fully or partly in combination with the Local Authority. Speack to us so we can help with the payment options that will suit you.
  • Do I get charged if I cancel my visit?
    You can cancel your visit and not get charged provided you give us 48 hours’ notice that’s all we need from you. We understand that sometimes you may have to cancel the visit due to other activities.
  • Can I have the same care staff?
    We will do our very best to send the same person caring for you for continuity of care but sometimes due to staff annual leave or any legal absence we may have to let another staff continue with the care while the staff is away and will be back to you on return to work.
  • Do you have a minimum care per call?
    Our minimum care per call is 30 minutes. We do not do less than 30 minutes care per call unfortunately.
  • Are your staff DBS checked?
    Yes, all our care staff have Enhanced DBS checked before they are placed to work in the community.
  • If I need a Live in Carer, what is required?
    With Live in care,we ask that you should have a spare bedroom available (with enough space for thier belongings) for the carer. For information purpose our Live in care offer a one week (1 week) minimum care service.
  • Do live in carer have to pay rent?
    No, Live-in carers living in a client’s home are not required to pay any rent to the client.
  • Can I request to change carer?
    Yes. If for any reason you are not happy contact us quickly for us to resolve any issue including changing the care staff.
